This is 14/12/2001 version of the comparison program.

It allows:

- checking of vienna datafiles. File "a.txt" generates an "a.txt_rep" file

- generation of vienna files conform with annex2bis (automatically when checking)
  generates an "a.txt_annex2bis" file.

- comparison of two vienna files

Most of the remarks of the 3-5 dec Berlin reunion have been implemented.

Installation is by running setup.exe

I have successfully installed this on two computers, so it should work.

Microsoft recommends that if installation fails, you install the dcom98.exe file.
